    Responsibilities

    We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, your mission is to study the test strategy, to write the functional approval plan in the test repository tool and to execute the acceptance. You participate in the reflection on the automated tests and write the deliverables of the recipe. You ensure compliance with approval processes and good practices on all activities related to a recipe, and contribute to the upgrade of test tools. As a QA Engineer, you will also be liaising with the Developers, BAs and Product Owners to identify and test key features of software programs. Apart from testing, you should be able to develop well-planned and structured test plans/cases. You will be investigating the causes of non-conforming software programs. You should be detail-oriented and possess excellent troubleshooting abilities. If you have a strong technical background and can streamline all testing activities, then we would love to have you on board.


    RESPONSIBILITIES

    ♦ Participate in the reviewing technical specifications and design documents ( validate if manager )

    ♦ Elaborates test strategy

    ♦ Contribute to the reflection and implementation of functional mapping

    ♦ Decline the test cases and scenarios in the test repository tool

    ♦ Identify and update management rules in the test repository tool

    ♦  Write web service tests for new technology projects

    ♦ Identify dataset and prepare test environment

    ♦ Manage the technical report deliverable issued by the DSI

    ♦ Execute the Functional Approval Plan and draw the test results

    ♦ Identify the scenarios to automate and analyze the results of their executions

    ♦ Produce a progress report on revenue

    ♦ Write the approval report

    ♦ Sign the acceptance report by user delegation

    ♦ Write /update user guide(s) and train end users 

    ♦ Perform non-regression tests via test automation tools

    ♦ Enrich and maintain the set of non-regression test scenarios

    ♦ Participate in the design of automation scripts

    ♦ Develop and validate executable scripts from the test repository

    ♦ Communicate and provide administrators with essential information for monitoring non-regression testing tools

    Profile required

    •Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field;

    •+4 years’ work experience as a QA Engineer, QA Tester, or relevant position in the IT department;

    •3+ years of experience with automated functional testing tools;

    •2+ years of experience developing with programming languages (PHP, Java, Python, Perl);

    •2+ years of experience with scripting (e.g. bash) and other related procedures;

    •Understanding of testing protocols;

    •Know-how of different types of testing methods like white box and black box testing;

    •Familiarity with the software development process;

    •Good analytical and troubleshooting skills;

    •Attention to detail and strong communication skills;

    •Ability to work collaboratively and to manage project deadlines;

    •Good time management and organizational skills;

    •Good command of English language.
