    RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    The IT operational risk controller ensures that the control systems cover the operational risks of the activity, that they are correctly designed and executed.

    Specifically, you will be required to:

    • It carries out this mission through two levers:
    • Review of the results of permanent surveillance controls: achievement rate, anomaly rate, review of significant anomalies, monitoring of their correction. This analysis gives rise, if necessary, to the adjustment of the corrective action plans.
    • Verification of certain controls, to assess:
    • The architecture of these controls: coverage of the risks of the activity, compliance with Group standards (the Library of Normative Controls), relevance of the design of the control;
    • The quality of their execution: deadline, compliance with procedures, relevance of samples, frequency, quality of formalization, accuracy of the result;
    • The quality of the follow-up of the identified anomalies;
    • IT operational risk controllers work in collaboration and coordination with all Group entities.
    • They are required to have regular contact with:
    • The SG production teams from the various IT departments and from the central division;
    • Risk line controllers (levels 1 and 2);
    • The controllers of the compliance and financial sector.

    PROFILE REQUIRED

     
    • IT background - mandatory
    • French language: mandatory, at least B2 level
    • English language: conversational level
    • Experience in internal/external audit or internal control – would be a plus
    • Ability to work in a team and coordinate complex situations.
    • The position requires a high degree of autonomy.
    • Bachelor degree.
