    Responsibilities

    Hello, reader, do you want to be our colleague?

    We are seeking to onboard in our team a Level 2 support Analyst to help us and the internal business partners with providing qualitative support on HR Tools (workforce administration and payroll).

    Specifically, you will be required to:

    · Working with Level 2 support team on a Peoplesoft HR application (workforce administration, absence management)

    · Handle HR actors’ requests on system setup and technical issues;

    · Ticket monitoring, follow up, and closing for each request received;

    · Contribute to functional testing on tool enhancements;

    · Ensure daily monitoring and perform daily data quality checks, as per procedure;

    · Transfer cases to L3 if unable to solve incoming issues;

    · Participate in production monitoring committees;

    · Maintain up-to-date documentation.

    Profile required

    · Fluent in English, French A2 level is a plus;

    · Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables);

    · Positive attitude and a cooperative person;

    · Appetite for communication both written and oral;

    · Work experience in support functions;

    · Very good attention to details;
