Support activities:
- Ensure the performance of configurations for the HR applications in his/her perimeter when required;
- Answer to questions and requests received from users or other support teams;
- Gather information related to incidents and / or problems, determine the root cause and develop solutions to solve the user's issue
- Solve application errors through configurations / setup;
- Provide level 2 functional / technical assistance to internal clients for the tools in the team’s perimeter; transfer to the higher level the cases that cannot be managed at its level and seeks to solve the anomalies, test the offered solutions;
- Accompany senior Support Analysts in Support for HR Data: Meteo checks of flows, follow up and investigation on production daily issues
Operational activities:
- Contribute to updating operational procedures when required
- Participate in Agile ceremonies;
- Collaborate with the other team members where needed, on multiple topics;
- Offering support to the team leaders/ team coordinators in implementing the action plans for improving service;
- Foreign languages: English: B2; French: B1
- Professional experience:
- 6 months experience in helpdesk / support activities in IT or HR or no professional experience
Experience in using the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Academic background: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress, preferable in IT / HR/ Foreign Languages / Economic studies
