    Responsibilities

    Within the Group Resources Department of Societe Generale, join the cross-functional IT department called TPS (Transformation Processes & Security), in charge of the Group's architecture, processes, and innovation as an Enterprise Architect.

    The role of the enterprise architect (covering all business, process, data and IT dimensions) is key to serving the execution of the Bank's strategy and influencing current and future transformation projects. In this context, the main mission is to strengthen the governance of enterprise architecture and to support the Poles and Sectors in their approach.

    Specifically, you will be required to:

    • Be a stakeholder in the urbanization of information systems by participating in the definition of the Group's orientations and in the implementation of the simplification, mutualization and reuse strategy, taking into account local constraints,
    • To act as a "Coverage" (key contact point) for a given perimeter (entities of the Group Businness Unit / Support Unit), to organize regular follow-ups, to support architecture practices (Enterprise Architecture framework, norms and standards) and to animate the community of Enterprise Architects. Be the privileged contact for your correspondents, to understand and relay their challenges and ensure the coherence of their master plans and cross-functional transformation projects with the Group's orientations, Conduct architectural studies in collaboration with the architects of the impacted domains
    • Develop norms and standards and update the content of the architecture repositories
    • Promote and communicate architecture standards and recommendations; you may be required to monitor and even evaluate their proper application.
    • Deploy enterprise architecture governance, support projects and architecture reviews
    • Report the progress of your work to your manager to ensure communication with, in particular, the customers of our activities

    Profile required

    • You have BAC +5 in computer science / engineering school
    • You have significant experience in information systems architecture, in governance in terms of architecture and data
    • You have experience in Banking Enterprise Architecture
    • You can position oneself as a credible and effective interlocutor, ability to establish a climate of cooperation and ability to write and formalize
    • You have experience with agile management methods
    • You have good knowledge of both CIB and retail banking (at least 10 years of experience)
    • You have experience in project management
    • You are fluent in English and French at a conversational level
    • You can interact in a multicultural environment with teams spread across the bank
