    Responsibilities

    Within the Societe Generale Group, you will join the Corporate Functions Technologies (CFT) of the Resources and Innovation Direction (RESG) whose vocation is “Being the DSI of Sectors and accompanying them in the implementation of mutualized solutions (Finances, Risks, Conformity, Human Resources, Communications, Real Estate, Purchases), More exactly, you will provide mutualized solutions to Pillars and Sectors (repositories, collaborative tools, dematerialization solutions) and to IT Sector (enterprise architecture repository, application mapping management, incident management, demand management).

    Concretely, you’ll be part of the “Application Enterprise Architecture” team within CFT/ARC which is the transversal architecture department of “Corporate Function Technology”.

    Specifically, you will be required to:

    • Defining the future vision of the IS, within the frame of the One Platform strategy and detailing it on several axis,
    • Share this vision, by collaborating to businesses’ strategic transformation plans, overseeing architecture of major projects, and leading multiple communication initiatives,
    • Facilitate its implementation, through the major IT projects within each business domain.
    • In the Application Enterprise Architecture team, each of us is:

    • Correspondent of one of the 5 business-oriented Solution Centers (CDS) of CFT
      • ‘Trusted Partner’ of the domain architect of this solution center
      • Accompanying the solution architects of this solution center through the architecture governance (Design Authorities, Architecture Review Boards, Corporate Architecture Boards…)
      • Reinforced support on the most transversal or complex architecture topics
      • Share and train the architects and teams of the solution center on the architecture standards and the IS strategical vision
      • Assess conformity of major projects to the architecture standards and strategic orientations
      • Exampls of business-oriented solutions centers within CFT: Human Resources and other resources, Compliance and other control functions, Finance, Treasury and structural risks, Solvency and credit risks…
      • Lead Architect’ on some components of the Digital Platform and/or a transversal IT strategy
        • Define the long-term vision
        • Carry out specific architecture studies on these components and their interactions with the digital platform ecosystem
        • Define the roadmap of the components in relation with the needs of the business-oriented solution centers
        • Support solution centers in integrating these components into their architecture vision, and projects
        • Lead the governance around the components (committees, budget…) within the frame of the One Digital Platform governance
        • Examples of Digital Platform components or transversal IT strategies: Exchanges (API/EDA), Users Interactions, Collaboration and Processing, Computing Framework, Document store and knowledge manager, Functional Products offers.
        • In addition to these two permanent roles, you may be asked to take the lead of the architecture scoping of highly transversal topics within the group. This generally happens when more than 3 of our solutions centers or multiple IT divisions of the Group are involved. You will then have to coordinate multiple architects across the Group to define the right architecture and roadmap. You will then present your conclusions to the highest architecture committees in the Groupe. Examples of past programs: Know Your Customer, Environmental Social and Governance…

      • You will also contribute to the other missions of the Application Enterprise Architecture team:

      • Lead Architecture Leagues across the organization (Domain Architects’ league, Finance league, System architects league…)
      • Lead transversal studies,
      • Enterprise Architecture Expertise,
      • Innovation champion,
      • Defining standards and patterns for applicative and functional architecture,

    Profile required

    • Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture (and/or Enterprise Transformation such as strategy and organization consulting…)
    • Have a knowledge of one or multiple businesses of banking corporates functions (Risks, Finance, Compliance, HR…).
    • Project/Program lead experience
    • Good level of English and French
