    Responsibilities

    As a member of our team, you will be handling day-by-day operational communication projects to enhance awareness about the Digital Workplace.

    Specifically, you will be required to:

    • Create and send communications related to product deployments or following changes in the digital working environment of employees;
    • Ensure the production of deliverables for users as part of a project: user guides, procedures and/or training materials;
    • Inform on the evolutions of the Digital Workplace;
    • Write articles
    • Manage communication projects and work closely with the Product Managers, Product Owners or any other partner to guide users in their approach to appropriate new uses related to new tools;
    • Incident management communications for Digital Workplace tools
    • Monitor the KPI and measure the performance of certain actions;
    • Provide training sessions to users on all the tools of the Digital Workplace (Teams, Yammer, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, etc.) with the objectives of transmitting new working methods and promoting the use of Digital Workplace tools;
    • Update trainings content (script, animation) for the services deployed in the Groupe
    • Intervene on any other activities, such event organization, community management, marketing campaigns etc.

    Profile required

    • Bachelor or master degree in communication/marketing/or other related field;
    • Fluent in French and English;
    • Proven communication experience;
    • Passionate about new technologies;
    • Excellent writing and communication skills;
    • You are rigorous and pedagogue;
    • Adaptability (different topics to deal with, different stakeholders, different IT applications);
    • Autonomy, ability to manage independently a task;
    • Analytical skills and attention to details;
    • Team player.
