    RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    As a Business Analyst you will be a member of the Operational Excellence (OPEX) team in Global Solution Centre in Bucharest and responsible for caring out the activities under the Process Performance Management (PPM) Pillar.

    What you will do:

    • Ensure monitoring and reporting of the issues faced during the processes performed by the Accounting and Regulatory department in the SG Service Centre in Bucharest;
    • Ensure group standards are met, raise flags, ensure escalation and facilitate problem solving.
    • Coordinate preparation of the Quarterly Business review packs, containing statistics on the services provided by the Centre, which are then used as basis for communication between the Centre and its partners.
    • Manage quarterly KPI campaigns – responsible for launching the campaigns, collecting KPIs from various producers and for calculating some of the department KPIs.
    • Perform admin activities in an internal group tool: update contributors, grant/ revoke accesses, add entities, perform mass uploads, prepare consolidated views with mass downloads;
    • Manage Time Tracker tool & Capacity forecast tool for ACR department and work closely with ACR team leaders to improve these tools so they stay useful and relevant;
    • Monitor internal & external audit recommendations and improvement areas received by ACR and monthly report on the status of implementation;
    • Monthly report on the Learning & Development budget spent for ACR and depending of the status make recommendations to budget owners;
    • Support group projects or drive local improvement initiatives under the focus area of PPM pillar and in this way contribute to the steering and continuous improvement of operational activities.

    PROFILE REQUIRED

     
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience; CECCAR/ACCA would be a plus;
    • 3+ years previous experience working as Finance Analyst/ Reporting analyst or Business Analyst;
    • Power BI knowledge;
    • Intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel (formulas, functions, pivot tables), as well as other Microsoft Office applications;
    • English skills advanced; French would be a plus;
    • Hands-on attitude with structured and solution oriented thinking;
    • Ability to act and operate independently after receiving direction from management or feedback from stakeholders;
    • Being detail-oriented and focused on the quality and accuracy of own deliverables;
    • Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
