    RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    In our team the Business Analyst is involved in projects related to global accounting solutions for investment banking.  You will work closely with the Project teams and IT Teams. 

    Specifically, you will be required to:

    • Taking into account Business Requirements to enhance Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking accounting platform;

    • Analyse the requirements and propose solutions for accounting interpretation; 

    • In charge of the workload estimation for each project in collaboration with the IT Team and define a plan for implementation;

    • Write functional specifications for pre-interpretation process and for interpretation process, delivered it to IT team;

    • Elaborate the test strategy and define and realize the functional tests;

    • Support the end users during the User tests acceptance phase, and collect the Validation form;

    • Follow the tests realized by IT team and validate the final implementation in production;

    • Insure the follow up in post-production.

    PROFILE REQUIRED

     
    • 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst and Finance/Accounting background;

    • Knowledge of bank accounting standards, Investment banking products and Project Management methodology;

    • Use of Power BI and Microsoft Office tools (Excel); 

    • Advanced level for English; French would be an advantage; 

    • Very good communication skills, ability to build and maintain stakeholders relationship on all levels;

    • Ability to work with or to coordinate multi-located teams and to handle mixed language documentation.
