    Profile & Experience

    • 2-3 years experience in marketing-related fields

    • Customer-focused and service-oriented

    • Campaign creatives: design, content, best practices for optimal conversion rate

    • Social Media advertising knowledge: ads creation, ads optimization, data-centric

      marketing campaigns

    • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Pixel Tracking & Google Tag Manager is considered

      a plus

    • Fluent written and verbal English skills

    • Tech-savvy

    • Hootsuite/HubSpot previous usage

    • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver

    • Independent worker

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

      Responsibilities

    • Be responsible for channels media budget and optimizations to ensure the best possible ROI - understanding of technical aspects of online advertising including conversion optimization

    • Conceptualize and execute new growth initiatives across Paid Social channels, cre- ate synergy between channels’ messaging and campaign learnings

    • Perform analysis to validate hypotheses, as well as track and determine the viability of new initiatives and A/B experiments

    • Work closely with Customer Success Managers to ideate sound strategies to grow client and talent acquisition through the use of customized targeting and ad mes- saging

    • Ensure that channels are running in accordance with industry best practices and immaculate tracking

    • Together with CSM, analyze current customer needs and propose a course of ac- tion, keeps a track record of main KPIs per client

    • Help clients implement, optimize, understand recruitment marketing campaigns

    • Have a strong understanding of all functionalities of advertisers, be able to explain

      them in plain English to first-time advertisers

    • Offer optimization ideas to clients, proactively and on a regular basis

    • Periodically run reports and identify clients/market trends

    • Helps CSM interpret client data & identifies future opportunities
