The ideal candidate is expected to have a minimum of 3 years of services or software sales experience, dealing with corporate clients.
Self-starter and comfortable working in all aspects of go-to-market, especially cold calling, prospecting, direct & social selling.
Responsibility for developing and executing aggressive sell-to strategies, develop existing relationships in order to further grow Smartdreamers’ local and regional market.
Profile & Experience
- Min. 3 years direct sales experience, dealing with corporate clients
- Hunter-type sales persona
- HR industry contacts are a big plus
- Independent and solution-driven
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentations skills;
- Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers in the market
- Liaise with technical support and customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Energetic and highly motivated
