Our Requirement:

• You have strong experience writing scalable frontends with React and Next.js, creating and maintaining component libraries, and building on GraphQL APIs.
• 5+ years of experience is a good baseline, but what we’re really looking for is someone with a history of designing, building, and shipping great frontend code - if that sounds like you, we’d love to talk regardless of how many years you have.
• You have experience with end to end ownership of the systems you’ve built- you’ve run deployments, you’ve led incident response, you know how to log, monitor, debug, and in general measure the reliability, and performance of the systems you own.
• You measure twice and cut once - you know that good engineering requires developing a clear understanding of the product, the requirements, and the system you are building upon.
• You have a deep understanding of best practices, including deployments, testing, code review, design patterns, and in general how to apply them to empower your team to write great software.
• You believe that communication and clarity are the foundation of good software - you know how to communicate effectively with your engineers, with your non-technical stakeholders, and how to eliminate confusion, ambiguity, and misunderstandings wherever and whenever they occur.
