Our Requirement:

• Act as Scrum Master for 1 – 3 teams including coordinating sprints, daily standups and retrospective meetings

   

• Coach and mentor scrum teams to follow agile practices ensuring adherence to the agile framework

   

• Work to increase team efficiency while providing motivation and guidance on process improvements

   

• Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments

   

• Using agile methodology values, principles and practices to plan, manage and deliver solutions

   

• Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings and decision-making processes

   

• Monitoring progress and performance and help teams to make improvements

   

• Planning and organizing demos

   

• Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team

   

• Preparing and presenting status updates to project stakeholders oud database environments like Microsoft SQL Server, Teradata, Oracle, Amazon Aurora, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon Relational Database Service, Azure databases
