Our Requirement: 

• +5 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar (Scrum Master, Agile coach, Agil trainee, Agile, teman facilitator or Agile delivery Manager)
• Solid knowledge and/or certification in Project management (Professional Project Manager Title)
• Solid knowledge and/or certification in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanba, XP, scrumban, Safe, Nexxus, Spotify, Less)
• Domain of at least 1 project management software, according to the vacancy requirement: Atlassian (important) or others (Trello, Active Collab, Jira, Bam Bam, Base Camp, zoho projects, Kanba Tools, ProofHub, teamWork Project)
• Solid knowledge of at least 1 indicator for metrics. According to the vacancy requirement: Cummulative Flow Diagram, Burndown Chart, OKR's SLA's KPI's.
• Knowledge and use of at least 1 prioritization technique: MoSCoW, Eisenhower Matrix, WSJF 100, dollars)
• Plus: Knowledge of at least 1 product conceptualization technique (Subject to the vacancy requirement: Agile Inception, User Story Mapping, Example Mapping, Impact Mapping, Product Discovery)
• Plus: Knowledge of any tool for product definition (Subject to the vacancy requirement): Epic/Feature Definition, User Story Breakdown, INVEST, CCC, SMART, BDD, TDD.
• Previous experience leading programming or IT Software projects
