You have a minimum of 3 years of services or software sales experience, dealing with corporate clients. Self-starter and comfortable working in all aspects of go-to-market, especially prospecting, direct & social selling. Responsibility for developing and executing sell-to strategies, develop existing relationships in order to further grow Smartdreamers’
- Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience, dealing with corporate clients;
- Hunter-type sales persona;
- HR industry network;
- The ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously at various stages of engagement, making sure that you bring value to our customers;
- Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers in the market;
- Liaise with technical support and customer success team to ensure that we remain customer-centric;
- Being up-to-date with developments in digital technologies and online campaign tactics is a plus;
- Intellectually curious and ready to learn new things;
- Energetic and highly motivated;
- Independent and solution-driven;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
