Key Skills required for this role include:
- Good understanding of multiple UC platforms (SfB, Zoom, MS Teams, etc)
- Strong background in rolling out enterprise UC platforms
- Ability to “own” a site implementation, including the design and coordination tasks that are necessary.
- Good understanding of Cloud Infrastructure
- Good understanding of Network or Data Center Technologies will be a plus.
The following is a list of anticipated skills required for the Zoom implementation, Skype decommissioning projects:
- Skype Decommissioning. Step-by-step Skype site DCOM process inclusive of both Skype infrastructure tasks as well as other UC group activities (i.e.. Active Directory Group, NVS, etc.).
- Zoom Implementation: Enterprise Unified Communication experience, Zoom system design and implementation experience, general voice telephony skills and understanding
