Activities
- As a technical lead, be a reference when communicating with the team and stakeholders (including the client);
- Raise and discuss trade-offs of different design approaches elaborating detailed design documents;
- Development of new features;
- Maintenance of existing applications;
- Help define and document practices, methodologies and processes relevant to technical teams, improving Encora’s knowledge base;
- Implement solution from coding to testing to production deployment support;
- Mentor less experienced team members.
Essential Skills
- Experience with ReactJS framework;
- Experience with Typescript;
- Experience with CSS-in-JS;
- Experience with consuming web services based APIs (RESTful).
Highly Desirable Skills
- Experience with unit/integration tests (React Testing Library / Jest);
- Cloud knowledge (e.g.: AWS, Azure);
- Linux familiarity.
