* 7-10 years of experience in software engineering.
* 2-3 years of experience in leading engineering teams.
* Strong experience in Agile software development processes such as Scrum, Kanban.
* Experience with business applications such as JIRA.
* Primary skills 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring MVC.
* Knowledge of JSF, JSP.
* Hands on experience with JavaScript/jQuery etc.
* Good to have knowledge on React/Angular.
* Secondary skills Python.
* Knowledge of modern DevOps tools and techniques.
* Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems
* Communication skills for overseeing staff and working with other management personnel
* Interpersonal skills to manage a team on engineers
Responsibilities
