Responsibilities: 

• Support Product Managers in the elicitation of business requirements and maintain delivery roadmap. 
• Work with Scrum Masters to plan own business analysis activities to meet project needs and construct technical requirements to a level they a can be understood, sized, and delivered. 
• Define technical artefacts: data modelling, API endpoints/errors, interfaces, messaging and transform UX designs into Web/Mobile executable user stories including data rendering. 
• Facilitate refinement sessions with Product Managers and Engineering squads to clarify requirements, articulating them as user stories to the Squads definition of ready. 
• Facilitate UX design reviews with Product teams and front-end developers and assist post sprint demos to PO and business stakeholders. 
• Help facilitate regular team meetings, including; Daily stand-ups, iteration planning, team demo and retrospective iteration. 

  Experience: 

• Have the technical knowledge in software development concepts and understanding of technology stack Front-end/ Back-end/Cloud. 
• Be outstanding communicator with great presentation skills and confident in challenging senior stakeholders. 
• Have a keen eye on the detail whilst working with both co-located and remote teams as one. 
• Deep understanding and delivery of Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile and understanding and delivery using Agile and DevOps practices. 
• Must be a team player, self-motivated and proactive individual that willing to go out of their comfort zone to clarify and challenge where required. 
• Understanding of test automation and QA practices and proficiency in using Jira and Confluence toolse.
