    We're in search of exceptionally skilled professionals to join us in the role of Sales Engineer.

    The sales engineer plays a key role within the SmartDreamers team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust solutions for our clients and serving as a technical liaison between the client, sales, and engineering teams. The position will also require providing technical leadership and expertise to multiple project teams while helping to define best practices and architectural guidelines.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct product demos: Showcase the features and capabilities of SmartDreamers solutions through live demonstrations tailored to potential clients' needs and requirements.
    • Provide Technical Support: Offer technical assistance to clients during the sales process, addressing their questions, concerns, and technical inquiries promptly and effectively.
    • Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and align technical solutions with business objectives, contributing to the development of winning sales strategies.
    • Customize Solutions: Collaborate with the product development team to customize solutions based on client requirements, ensuring that the proposed solutions effectively meet customer needs.
    • Identify Opportunities for Improvement: Continuously evaluate existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement, proposing enhancements and innovative solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Provide Training: Deliver training sessions to internal sales teams, partners, and customers on SmartDreamers solutions, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively sell and utilize the products.
    • Manage Technical Documentation: Maintain an organized repository of technical documentation, including user guides, manuals, and FAQs, to support clients in utilizing SmartDreamers solutions efficiently.
    • Assist in RFP Responses: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop comprehensive responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), ensuring that technical requirements are accurately addressed and aligned with client expectations.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
    • Experience in software architecture and solution design
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Highly organized with attention to detail
    • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Knowledge of industry best practices in architectural design and software development
