Activities
- Management role within Encora Brazil Division Global Solutions Team;
- Technical leadership: Lead complex and multi-disciplinary projects, help the team to solve problems offering suggestions and feedback, ensure quality, performance, security. Deliver results and challenge the team;
- Project Management: ensure value deliveries, timeline, ceremonies, project metrics, remove blocks, manage risks, report the project status, collect and apply the lessons learned, propose changes to the existing SW Development process in order to achieve better results;
- People Management: evaluations, IDP, feedbacks, 1:1, ensure processes are followed, improve productivity, technical and soft skills, motivate the team, provide careers direction, hiring and dismiss process, ability to retain talents;
- Management of relationships with the multiple customer’s representative (both with technical and business stakeholders) taking the accountability to deliver the software solutions committed by your software development teams;
- Suggest and promote process improvements.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related areas or equivalent work experience;
- Experience as Software Developer, QA Analyst or DevOps;
- Experience in a leadership role;
- Accountable for the timely delivery of software projects, management, building and staffing of software development teams;
- Manage customer expectations while working with cross-functional teams to meet customer/product delivery goals;
- Agile methodology knowledge and experience;
- Drive team to innovate and deliver roadmap features with agility and high quality.
