About the role:

As a Software Developer, you will be part of a highly skilled technology and agile team by supporting and developing cutting-edge solutions to meet our business requirements. You will help us accelerate our customers' business results by innovating cutting-edge digital products.

Some of your essential day-to-day job duties and responsibilities will include:

• Proactive and diligent problem solving with an eye towards innovative solution design.
• Design and develop web applications and application components.
• Work with various teams in the organization to ensure appropriate project requirements are met.
• Mentor entry level Software Associates on technology and product practices.
• Drive quality through active code reviews, mentoring, and automation.
• Engage in process improvements for the broader team.
• Demonstrate project leadership capabilities.

Our Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in the following: REACT, C#, LINQ, SQL.
• Experience with .NET Framework.
• Clear understanding of software development practices and lifecycles (Agile experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Object Oriented concepts.
• Knowledge of database management systems.
• Self-reliant and motivated self-starter.
• Project and task oriented with a focus on details.
• Ability to work well within group or individually on projects.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
