About the role:

As a Senior M365 Engineer, you will be part of a highly skilled technology and agile team by supporting and developing cutting-edge solutions to meet our business requirements. You will help us accelerate our customers' business results by innovating cutting-edge digital products.

Some of your essential day-to-day job duties and responsibilities will include:

• Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions tailored to meet the organization's business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze existing workflows, and recommend M365 solutions to optimize productivity and enhance collaboration.
• Configure and customize Microsoft 365 applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, and other related services.
• Provide expertise in integrating M365 with other systems, such as identity and access management solutions, third-party applications, and data sources.
• Ensure the security, compliance, and governance of M365 services by implementing and enforcing appropriate policies, controls, and monitoring mechanisms.
• Monitor and troubleshoot M365 service-related issues, working closely with end-users and support teams to resolve incidents and minimize downtime.
• Stay updated with the latest M365 features, updates, and industry trends, and assess their impact on the organization's environment.
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation to educate end-users on M365 capabilities, best practices, and self-service troubleshooting techniques.
• Collaborate with IT teams to develop and maintain automation scripts, workflows, and integrations to streamline administrative tasks and enhance user experience.
• Participate in project planning, execution, and post-implementation activities, ensuring successful delivery of M365 initiatives within defined timelines and budgets.

Our requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as an M365 Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of M365 services, architecture, and administration.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Microsoft 365 applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and OneDrive for Business.
• Solid understanding of identity and access management concepts, including Azure Active Directory, Single Sign-On (SSO), and multi-factor authentication.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation for M365 administration tasks.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex M365 service-related issues.
• Knowledge of information security best practices, data protection, and compliance requirements within the context of M365 services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
