About the role:
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be part of a highly skilled technology and agile team by supporting and developing cutting-edge solutions to meet our business requirements. You will help us accelerate our customers' business results by innovating cutting-edge digital products.
Some of your essential day-to-day job duties and responsibilities will include:
- Extract and process all types of data.
- Analyze all data with the right tools.
- Establish patterns to discover opportunities.
- Interpret the results obtained in the analysis.
- Produce reports with the relevant data.
Our Requirement:
- Strong analytical and problem- solving skills balanced with excellent oral and written communication skills as well
- Prior working knowledge of Service Now and Service Mapping
- Strong knowledge in CMDB methodology and roadmaps
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills including demonstrated ability to condense data to synthesize crisp and easily understandable deliverables.
- Ability to facilitate meetings, including meeting facilitation for process discovery
- ITIL V3/4 Foundations knowledge
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
- Attention to detail
- CMDB development knowledge and experience in ServiceNow
