About the role:
We are looking for a Salesforce Admin (primarily Service Cloud but with some foundational marketing cloud knowledge) who can build the following point and click admin work, but also someone who can assess our current instance and make recommendations on how we could better use the tool to unlock more value for the business.
Essential duties and job responsibilities:
+ Asses our foundational contact structure and provide guidance to avoid future duplicate contacts.
+ Resolve some known subscriber key issues affecting unsubscribes.
+ Understand the overlap of our contacts across Marketing and Service Cloud.
+ Use service cloud data loader to import ~1M contact records with new custom fields on the contact object.
+ Build a new "App" inside service cloud for our Store teams.
+ Assist with onboarding Store teams.
+ Service cloud pre chat form edits and enhancements.
+ Provide a service cloud sandbox for testing chat edits/enhancements.
+ Webform and Help Page edits and enhancements.
+ General service cloud UI edits and enhancements.
