Experience in Inside Sales. 5-10 Years in Sales, Marketing or Delivery.

    Sales Background in IT-offshoring, outsourcing

    International experience, esp.  US business experience (UK also)

    Complex sales experience and understanding the sales lifecycle -- Sales Dev - Qualification - Solutioning - Proposal - Contract - Ramp-up – Growth

    Proven experience in prospecting for new logo’s

    Understanding market - software product companies / ISVs - Understand our business - we are a services company

    English communication skills – written, business, spoken, proposal / PPT – various formats of communication

    Ability to multi-task, deal with various competing priorities - Ability to deal with ambiguity – Team Player.

    Demonstrated experience in growing existing accounts (i.e. Farming)
