We are looking for a leader with a background in approaching customer experience holistically and strategically. This role requires a forward-thinking individual who can work independently with stakeholders to create a vision, align teams behind that vision, design, and guide the implementation of that vision. We are not looking for a developer, we are not looking for a visual designer. We need an experienced User Experience Designer who has been doing pure UX for 5+ years. 

Important experience and traits we are looking for: 

• Candidates with experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in a non-outsourced model. i.e. has experience working closely with Product Management and Engineering.

• Confidence to lead a process and guide a team. You will be playing a key role on one or many project teams 
• Ability to multi-task and focus on more than one project 
• Experienced at clarifying, prioritizing, and documenting detailed product requirements which you will need for designing an exceptional experience.  
• A pro at presenting, articulating, and gaining buy in and alignment around ideas and recommendations for design and product improvements. 
• Extensive experience designing platforms (we are not looking for a website UX designer) 
• Experienced in translating research insights into product ideas and solutions 
• Firmly understand the role of user experience and the design process needed for a well thought-thought-through design for our customers. 
• You eat, sleep and breathe UX. You are up to speed on trends across industries and the latest/greatest tools, interactions, and customer experiences. 
• Extensive experience scoping and estimating design work 
• Self-motivated and seeking challenges 
• Independent and able to deliver on multiple, concurrent goals with minimal oversight 

Tactical requirements 

• Solid experience with Jira, Confluence and the agile development process 
• Extensive experience with Figma and all its capabilities including rapid prototyping

• Exposure in HTML,CSS,JS
