PO/PMO requisition:

     

    • Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate business requirements, breaking them down into epics, themes, and features and creating actionable user stories with acceptance criteria for the design team to conceptualize and the development team to implement.
    • Manage and coordinate across multiple pods and platforms the dev resources designated for this project.
    • Work with Engineering, Product and UX on the design and user flows that need to be supported.
    • Prioritization of epics and User stories to ensure maximum business value of development and speed to delivery.
    • Develop a project plan to monitor and track progress that can be communicated to stakeholders on a regular timeframe.
    • Facilitate the UAT of the project with stakeholders and lighthouse customers providing documentation and support of release activities.
    • Establish project cadence and coordinate with cross-functional team members to keep all parties on track with schedules and milestones.
    • Work with technical leads to determine scope and priorities and highlighting dependencies and risks.
    • Facilitate working sessions with Product Management, Engineering, and other key business stakeholders to define scope, refine requirements, develop solution designs, identify resource needs, and build release schedules.
    • Identify and assess risks and impediments and develop mitigation strategies to bring project back to green. Escalate roadblocks to Product Management and Engineering leadership for resolution.
    • Manage changes to ensure that plans are updated and that all stakeholders are informed of the impact on the deliverables and schedules.
    • Be the voice of the customer. Listen to the market (internal and external users) and clearly define the market problem. 
    • Develop and maintain repository of project information.
    • Track product performance metrics to ensure we are meeting or exceeding targets.
