About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with AI specialization to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your consulting experience, advanced statistical analysis skills, problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication skills to transform complex data into actionable business strategies.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D. preferred) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a similar field.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, with substantial consulting experience being highly desirable.

Technical Expertise:

• Demonstrated proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Comprehensive understanding and experience with recent text mining and topic modeling methods, including BerTopic, LDA, NMF, word2vec, and others.
• Solid track record with large language models such as GPT-3, BERT, RoBERTa, including their implementation, training, fine-tuning, and application.
• Proficient in opinion mining and sentiment analysis, with the ability to derive insightful information from unstructured text data. Experience with Voice of Customer (VoC) analysis is a plus.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities:

• Robust statistical analysis skills, capable of developing and applying quantitative models to complex, large-scale data.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, able to design and implement efficient algorithms.
• Proven ability to handle complex projects and deliver practical, impactful solutions.

Consulting and Communication Skills:

• Significant experience in a consulting role, demonstrating effective client engagement, problem-solving, and project management.
• Outstanding storytelling skills, capable of translating intricate data and insights into clear, compelling narratives that drive strategic decision-making.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively engaging diverse audiences through creative visualization and communication of data findings.
• Demonstrated influence in decision-making processes and driving business outcomes through data-driven insights.
