• Minimum of 8 years of IT experience in development or large scale production operations teams
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Access Management/ Security IT (eg, Sun/Oracle IDM, Sailpoint, Siteminder, Cyberark)
• Sound understanding of Unix, Windows & Database queries
• Sound understanding of Financial domain and Security.
• Knowledge of web and application servers (Apache/IIS/Tomcat/Websphere)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple, concurrent / conflicting priorities
• Automation/ application development experience, understanding of Agile or any other SDLC methodology would be advantageous
• A good understanding of ITIL Service Operations process such as Incident Management, Request fulfilment, Problem Management.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean would be advantageous
• Familiarity with Service Management tools (eg: Service Now) for the logging and tracking of incidents, and service requests
• Preferable tools knowledge: Putty, TOAD
• Preference would be given to candidate who has also worked on Sun/Oracle IDM, Sailpoint, Splunk, AppDynamics, IPSoft
