    Profile & Experience

    • +2 years experience in marketing-related fields;
    • Customer-focused and service-oriented;
    • Social Media advertising knowledge;
    • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Pixel Tracking & Google Tag Manager;
    • Excellent communication skills (fluent English);
    • Tech-savvy;
    • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver;
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

    Responsibilities

    • Translating customer needs & goals into actions. Setting up measurable KPIs and designing long and short term marketing plans to ensure the best possible ROI;
    • Provide support on all things advertising, have a strong understanding of how the advertising platform works (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and others);
    • Market research to identify new opportunities, provide benchmark marketing data, and best practice examples;
    • Helps CSM interpret client data & identifies future opportunities;
    • Setting up web analytics & providing consultative guidance on existing tracking setups;
    • Ensure that analytics data is accurate and there is sufficient monitoring in place to spot issues;
    • Serving as subject matter expert and assisting in the development of pre-sales proposals, internal training, best practices, and technical solution guides;
    • Spotting opportunities to try innovative new methodologies and improve the analytical procedure.
