Activities  

• Analyze, solve, and test software issues, develop new features and improve performance of the existing functionalities of a desktop application, perform troubleshooting activities, interact with the Product Owner, Designers, Quality Assurance teams, and Software Development team in order to understand the activities, discuss the design, troubleshoot, test and complete ticket and feature cycles;  
• Follow agile processes and participate actively in all development phases, guaranteeing the quality and best practices in your deliveries. 

Essential Skills  

• Software development experience, with focus on building desktop applications with C++/MFC using Microsoft Visual Studio; 
• Desirable experience with UI development for desktop applications, including UI frameworks; 
• Proven proficiency with object-oriented software development;
• Design Patterns;
• Experience with agile software development process;
• Good investigation and problem-solving skills. 

Highly Desirable Skills  

• Knowledge of testing process (Unit Test, Feature Test, Integration);  
• Experience with the source control system, Git preferred; 
• An understanding of software design patterns, pipeline automation, and software testing principles and methodologies;  
• Passionate about solving problems in code; 
• Is proactive and easily troubleshoots and resolves issues relating to customer service, products, processes, and tools.
