Job Description

    The ideal candidate is expected to have a minimum of 3 years of services or software sales experience, dealing with corporate clients.

    Self-starter and comfortable working in all aspects of go-to-market, especially cold calling, prospecting, direct & social selling.

    Responsibility for developing and executing aggressive sell-to strategies, develop existing relationships in order to further grow Smartdreamersā€™ local and regional market.

    Qualifications

    • Min. 3 years direct sales experience, dealing with corporate clients
    • Hunter-type sales persona
    • HR industry contacts are a big plus
    • Independent and solution-driven
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentations skills;
    • Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers in the market
    • Liaise with technical support and customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Energetic and highly motivated
