Position: Android Developer / Senior Android Developer

Experience:  5 to 8 years

Job Location:  Bangalore

Position Type: Full time

Qualification: Any graduate

Job Summary:

As a Lead Android Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of Android developers in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of Android applications. You will work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to create innovative, user-friendly, and high-performance applications that meet business requirements and customer needs.

Requirements:

·         Have technical depth in Android architecture, development, and best practices in modern mobile app development.

·         Programming Experience with Kotlin

·         Experience with Android architecture patterns (MVVM, MVP, etc.), data binding, and dependency injection

·         Significant experience building production-level Android Applications

·         Contributed to at least one app in the Google Play store.

·         Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.

·         Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards

·         Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools

·         Proficiency in benchmarking and optimization

·         Understanding of code versioning tools Git

• Facilitates team and stakeholder meetings effectively.
• Holds regular status meetings / scrum meeting.
• Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
• Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
